The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all liabilities, costs or expenses which the Company might incur arising from or relating to the Customer's infringement upon, or unlawful, wrongful, or improper use of a trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another.
Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever by reason of, or in any manner growing out of, the Customer's infringement upon, unlawful, wrongful, or improper use of a trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright, owned or claimed by another Due to the customized nature of all products sold on our website, cancellations will not be honored once an order has entered production. All orders are to be fully paid for at the time of production. Alterations to certain aspects of your custom product order such as the merchandise brand, size, color, print process used, print size, print color etc., may be required due to limitations caused by available product, available production materials, production equipment capabilities,as well as limitations caused by the quality or type of your chosen design.As these are custom hand finished clothes, the placements may vary slightly due to garment variation in size, seams and color. We are not responsible for these slight variation.
Hard Rider NYC holds no imprinted or embroidered inventory and we do not re-stock product. We produce each and every customer order on a personalized basis which allows us to customize the product. For this reason Hard Rider NYC is unable to accept returns or exchanges of product due to a customers desire to the change of size, style, color, art or design of the product that they ordered.Product may not be returned if it has been washed or worn.Hard Rider NYC is not responsible for fading or other damage which are caused during improper washing or care.Our product is sized exactly to industry standards. Hard Rider NYC provides detailed sizing charts in various places throughout our web site and is not responsible for incorrect size ordering. If for some reason you ordered the wrong size. Item being returned needs to be re-shipped back to Hard Rider NYC before we ship you the correct size.
REFUNDSHard Rider NYC does not provide cash refunds for product which has been shown to be defective. Hard Rider NYC' s strict policy is to replace or re-make all truly defective product and to re-ship it back to the customer at the customers expense.
Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders they cannot be canceled once production has begun (24 hours after placing order).
PRODUCTION OF ORDERS INCLUDING ORDERS FROM THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES (U.S.) AS WELL AS WORLDWIDE ORDERS (INTL.):
The production period for custom imprinted product is 10-15 business days or less. On the rare occasion that a product style, color or size is on back order, production time may be extended by a maximum of 5 business days. Orders produced within this reasonable, stated period are not returnable or refundable since customized product is not re-stockable. Once production is completed your order will be shipped immediately.
Once processed, in-stock orders ship within the same business day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. All stock orders ship from our warehouse in Queens Village NY. You will be notified during the checkout process of any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. Unless specified otherwise during the checkout process, all orders will be shipped via USPS. We gladly offer other shipping options at your request, including sending items on your account.
All shipping costs are the recipient’s sole responsibility. Shipping charges are calculated at placement of your order and are based on the weight of items being shipped. we happily provide freight estimates prior to shipment when requested. Please contact our customer service at 888.297.4669 if you need a freight estimate prior to placing your order.
If your item is on back order you will be contacted by a customer service person with your order options. Most back ordered items usually take no longer then 7 to10 business days to fulfill.
SHIPPING ADDRESS OPTIONS
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process.
We do offer shipping outside the United States. International orders may require additional processing time due to documentation requirements. Any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon processing of the goods.
